San Francisco (/ˌsæn frənˈsɪskoʊ/), officially the City and County of San Francisco, is the financial and transportation center of the San Francisco Bay Area, a region of 7.6 million people which includes San Jose and Oakland.[10] The only consolidated city-county in California,[11] it encompasses a land area of about 46.9 square miles (121 km2)[12] on the northern end of the San Francisco Peninsula, giving it a density of about 17,179 people per square mile (6,632 people per km2). It is the most densely settled large city (population greater than 200,000) in the state of California and the second-most densely populated large city in the United States after New York City.[13] San Francisco is the fourth most populous city in California and the 13th most populous city in the United States, with a population of 805,235 as of the 2010 Census. The San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont metropolitan area has a population of 4,335,391.[14]

Overall: San Francisco is a beautiful city. Lots of things to do, to see, to eat. It's a safe city, but unfortunately, there is plenty of homeless people... Also, there is lot of nationalities, what makes it really interesting! The Bay Area has many sightseeings and interesting places to visit. The only thing I found bad was the cost of living, that is really expensive, what I think is explained by SF be a worldwide famous city. Anyway, I made a lot of friends there and I hope go back someday!

Overall: San Francisco is pretty good city, there are a lot of think to do, is very save city, I´d like to live there, I meet some friends. People on the street is very hospitality, every bory can help you all time if you need a information. I didn´t go out many times at night, I think was 2 times only, but I enjoyed it so much. If i find a job there, I´d like to live there.

Overall: San Francisco's weather is so nice, If other person really doesn't like chill, this city is recommendable.
And in terms of price, similar to other cities. Not too expensive, also not cheap.
Also, the school in SF is located in the middle of city.

Overall: 샌프란시스코는 이제 저에게 있어서 미국에서 가장좋아하는 도시가 되었습니다.
샌프란시스코에서 제일 좋았던 점은 많은 다양한 문화를 경험할 수 있다는것 그리고 제가 생각하는 미국과 같았던 점입니다.
미국하면 생각나는것이 자유라고 들었는데 샌프란시스코는 그런 자유를 느낄 수 있습니다.
주말에는 공원에 앉아 친구들과 이야기를 나누거나 페스티벌에 참가한다거나 다양한 나라의 레스토랑을 방문할 수 있습니다.
또 샌프란시스코는 바다와 근접해 있어 언제든지 바다를 감상하고 즐길 수 있습니다.
그러나 샌프란시스코 많은 홈리스 들과 더러운 도시 더러운교통편을 빼면 괜찮은 도시 인것 같습니다.
교통편은 다른지역보다는 편리한것같습니다. 왠만한 곳은 버스(뮤니)나 바트를 이용하여 방문할 수 있습니다.

Overall: I didn't like to live in San Francisco. It's very beautiful, but the day by day I didn't like.I don't have one specific thing that I don't like, I don't like in general and the school didn't help me to like. I wasn't happy as I went happy in Vancouver in PLI. I didn't lots friends, because japonese students were together japonese students, korean students were together korean students, etc. etc..

Overall: I live in near SF, so I did not live in SF. SF is too noisy place. The environment is not for Study. I like SF, but I did not like for studying place.

Overall: The best about San Francisco is that there´s always things to do, The Social/Night life was great but I couldn´t really enjoy it because I'm only 20. The food was excellent, you can really say that there is variety, and you can almost have whatever you want.
One thing I could get a little irritated about was that the public transportation, now I am talking about the Metro, often had problems.. so the munis were delayed or even worse, didn't work at all for a while. Otherwise, I can´t come up with any other bad things.

Overall: San Francisco is a good city! Instead of all places closes at 2am and you are not allowed to drink outside bars, it could be considered a party city. People is very friendly and always try to help foreigners. But forget the Sun: even in sunny days, the city is very cold, with maximun 20 celcius.

Overall: When I choose to spend 2 weeks in the USA, I didn't really know where I would like to stay.
One day, I read an article about San Francisco. From this moment, I knew where I wanna stay: in San Francisco!
San Francisco is a pretty nice town where I was safe. I wasn't afraid of being alone at 16 in this big city.
I had a lot of friends. Actually, they were almost all from asian. But it was really nice

Overall: I love the weather in SF. It's dry and comfortable.
And I can buy anything I want in downtown.

Overall: I did so many thing in SF. I thing SF is a place which has nice weather to live.SF has so many interesting place that you must to visit.The best thing is go to watch baseball game with GEOS. because that`s very good experience for me.

Overall: San Francisco is a beautiful city. I love that city because people are friendly, there are a lot of things to do. There are a lot of park where you can play or meet people. San francisco is a safe city; you can walk on the street in the night without fear. Make new friends is easy because american people are friendly. One of the things that I really liked about the city was on the 4th of july; the city was celebrating the indipendence day and at night there where fireworks. I wish I could live in San francisco!!

Overall: One of the best things of SF is the city itself for sure. It is not very big, this is a good thing cause you can see all the places and meet friends from the other side of the city in a very short time and it's very fun! It has "particular" neighbourhoods, nice parks and tourist locations and everything is just perfect. One of the worst things is the food for sure cause if you come from Europe it is kinda different :)

Overall: I have been living here for 2 years. The city is very beautiful, there are so much interesting things to do in San Francisco. However, I don't like the weather here. It's really cold and foggy. Another thing - there are many homeless and mad people around.
