Nick Miller, founder of ESL Explorer, firmly believes that great language education leads to better intercultural understanding. He studied the language travel industry and found that students were often dissatisfied with their experiences. This was because schools were focused on attracting students by offering agencies high commissions rather than by focusing on quality of education.
